“Namnet Var Näääkish” is the third single from the solo album “Näääk Vem?“. The beat is signed Charlie Bernardo and the video is produced by the duo behind “Mina Gangsters“, Karl-Uno Lindgren and John Lindgren that is. I find this one as the weakest video coming from Näääk so far but it’s still a very suitable video for the song.
Näääk is truly on the subject with his Grammis2010- and P3 Guld nominations and that’s not all -- Näääk will support as an opening act for Talib Kwelis gigs here in Sweden. Don’t miss that out!
PH3 gives you an early Christmas present in the form of a video to their track “Telefon”. The single will be officially released on Pope Records/Universal Music on January 15 (it was released independently by PH3 earlier this year). The video is directed by Elinor Aldal.
PH3, which consists of Eye N’I,Profilen, Nils Wallfält, Salem Al Fakir and Jacob Birgersson will release a new album this spring which apparently will be about
subscribers and non-subscribers
I have still no idea what that means, but some clues might be found on their website!
We wrote about “För Alla Dom” a week ago and now the single and video is finally released! “För Alla Dom”, which is a collaboration between Petter, Ison & Fille and Mogge, is released as part of the alternative christmas show “Oh no…It’s Christmas“. The single is available throughiTunes Store for 18 kr and it’s definitely worth the money! The track is really great and all surplus from the single will be donated to “Situation Stockholm”.
Ken Ring, who recently moved to Kenya, has released a new video to the track “Änglabarn” from his album “Hip Hop”
The track is produced by PabloPaz for DehDinPoik and the video is filmed by Natanael Goldman and edited by Kamisol.
Ken is training a soccer team in Kenya called K.R.A.C.K United and if you’re interested in helping them out financially or by sending soccer gear you can find more info on his blog.
Pato Pooh’s new video “Follow Me ft. Adam Tensta” as we wrote about in the last post already has +20 000 views at YouTube. In other words, it is not only we at TSD that digs Pato’s new joint.
Top Streetwear, MBFIMG and Deh Din Poikhas put up a remix-challenge for the single, one for rappers and one for producers. The challenge goes on for 48hours and it’s all about most views at YouTube and points from a jury. You can read the entire rules over at MBFIMG.com
I haven’t checked out all the remixes yet, + 110 contributions but I have to give some shine to one of the contesters. The producer Bum Bill Beats, who used to be a part of the duo “Pikturez & Bum Bill“, has put together a really dope remix. If you like the remix you should also check out their old mixtape “Urbanized Konfusion“! Peep the remix below.
Last night Pato Pooh had the releaseparty for his banging new single and musicvideo “Follow Me” (at Berns) which is featured by no other than Adam Tensta. And today the video has it’s premiere over att Aftonbladet.se!
J-Son released a trailer for his yet unreleased single “Head In The Sky” last night. It’s the forth and last single and will be released the 14th of October before the record “Never Half Steppin” drops via Same Blood Entertainment and EMI Music Publishing.
J-Son had a busy summer after releasing his first single “Lookie Lookie” which lead to various performances at festivales around Sweden and heavy radio rotation. He also opened for artists such as Joe Budden, Musiq Soulchild and Lady Gaga.
Personally I am split about J-Son, but still curious about the album. I guess I got high expectations on it and crossing my fingers that he won’t go and do like Lazee did after his epic mixtape “It Is What It Is (host Dj Kayslay) – drop a boring record (Setting Standard) that is.
